1 mozzarella
130g mletého lněného semínka
130g vody
lžička soli ( dospělý by asi snesl víc)
lžička drceného kmínu
Vše smíchat, rozválet mezi pečícími papíry, nakrájet a péct na 180 asi 25 minut. Já měla prostředek po upečení měkký, takže jsem tvrdé krekry vyndala, prostředek rozlámala a dopékala asi 15 minut na 150.
