Nejlepší LC granola EVER! Opravdu!:)
Na čistě ořískových granolách mi chyběla ta křupavost slepených kousků. Čistě oříšky mě neuspokojovaly a tak jsem přemýšlela nad alternativou. Inspirovalo mě nakonec klasické drobení do polévky:)
Granola je od oka, protože jsem nějak nečekala, že to vyjde tak výborně, je to první pokus.
Na plnou misku jako je na obrázku:
Hrstka mandlí
Hrstka kešu
Hrstka pistácií
Rozemlít na hrubé kousky. Přidat 3 lžíce neslazeného kondenzovaného mléka,1 lžíci čekankového sirupu, promíchat s ořechy, rozprostřít na plech a péct na 175 stupňů cca 8 minut.
Mezitím z jednoho vejce, mandlové a kokosové mouky ( já dala cca půl napůl, možná trochu víc mandlové) uděláme husté těsto jako na storuhání do polévky. Nastrouháme na ořechy hrubým struhadlem a dáme do trouby na 10-15 minut, až budou kousky zlatavé a křupavé. Nakonec přidáme strouhaný kokos, plátky kokosu, promícháme, pokapeme čekankovým sirupem (já dala něco mezi 1-2 lžícemi) a dáme na dalších cca 5
minut do trouby, aby kokos jemně zezlátl.
Vyndáme z trouby a necháme vychladnout. Ořechy budou díky sirupu a mléku slepené do kousků. Další křupavost dodá “drobení”.
Nakonec jsem přidala maliny a borůvky sušené mrazem. Jak dlouho to vydrží uzavřené v nádobě, netuším.
