POSTUP:
Půlku tvarohu odebereme a smícháme s likérem a dáme do lednice.
Do mixéru dáme vejce a cuketu, pečlivě rozmixujeme a přidáme zbytek surovin kromě čokolády a promícháme v hladké těsto nakonec přidáme nahrubo strouhanou čokoládu a můžeme sázet do formiček. Pekl jsem na 190 stupňů, 20 minut ale moje trouba je tak trochu mrzáček

A teď to nej na co čekáme … výživové hodnoty
Po zamíchaní je to 1000g těsta, to má 64.8g sacharidů. Navíc muffinky mají velmi nízký glykemický index. Proto maminky opatrně s inzulinem. Určitě nepodávejte inzulin před jídlem, i kdyby toho vaše ratolesti snědly za 20g tak raději čekat. Jeden kousek vychází na 1,7g sacharidu.
Opět upozorňuji hlídat si mouky, mohou mít zásadně odlišné hodnoty sacharidů!
